The Process

 

1. INITIAL INQUIRY + QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Discuss your design needs whether they’re personalized or custom.
  • Discuss the items you’re interested in as well as specs like quantity size, and how many sides each has.
  • Discuss your timeline and any specific requests or needs, discuss any questions

2. CONSULTATION + EXAMPLES

  • Send me your Pinterest board (or share if it's private) and/or 3-5 examples of the style you’re going for
  • Discuss your complete vision, which includes color, paper options, wording options, and the overall aesthetic
  • Talk about inspiration and any elements you’d like to incorporate:
    • Favorite flower, vacation town, animal, season, music, book
    • Special encounter – when you first met, where, etc.
    • Family heirloom to include or handwriting from someone special
    • Anything else meaningful and important to you

3. PROPOSAL + WORDING

  • I’ll send a proposal your way to carefully review, then you can sign the agreement. At this time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due with agreement.

4. DESIGN: PROOFS + REVISIONS

  • 1st digital proof delivered to your email as a PDF for you to review
  • Provide feedback then 2 free rounds of proofs and revisions included (*additional revisions after three proofs are $50/piece)

5. APPROVAL + COMPLETION

  • Before any printing is done, I will send all final files for you to sign off on as ready to print. At this time your remaining balance is also due before printing can begin.

6. PRINT PRODUCTION + SHIPPING

  • Print production begins as does any assembly that is required. Items are shipped your way and in your hands within 2-3 weeks based on your order’s requirements.
